There are two methods for producing laminated glass: film method(dry)and grout method (wet) .

By purposes, there are flat laminated glass. curved laminated glass. bulletproof laminated glass, thief-proof laminated glass. and decorating laminated glass etc.

Dry-typed laminated glass is to put a layer(or layers) of  PVB film between two or more pieces of glass, then they are warmed them up, pre-pressed, and then heated and pressed in high-temperaturehigh-pressure boiler.

We have a production line for dry-typed laminated glass.

Now the line is equipped with far-infrared heating system and computerized control system instead of traditional fan-cycle processing pattern. New techniques have significantly improved the transparency and strength of glass, and reduced processing time. The daily output is 400

Characteristics

Security: with strong bonding of film and glass, laminated glass can endure the impact from outside force. The glass will not break off after broken, so it is not dangerous to people.

Protection: the laminated glass can not be cut via common method, and using other tool to break it must result in noisy sound, so it can prevent thief and other crimes.

Bulletproof and blast proof: various levels of bulletproof and blast proof glass can be produced using multi-layer layers to prevent bomb and attack.

Sound insulation: PVB film can prevent sound effectively. And helps film control transmission of the sound and reduce noise.

Anti-ultraviolet: Laminated glass can prevent ultraviolet effectively( above 98%), so that protect the furniture and other decoration in room.
