The treatment process of tempered glass is as when heating glass close to molten point, to carry out even and rapid cooling treatment on the surface of glass, this enhancing the strength and thermal stability. The glass will break into cellular pieces when the external force exceeds its strength. It is hence a highly safety glass.

The company introduced a production line for super broad super long, flat, reinforced glass. This equipment could produce 3m high,7.5m long pieces of glass, with an output of 6000per day (8mm thick). The forced convective system gives high quality to coated glass and LOW-E reinforced glass. And the swaying grid can significantly reduce the wind traces on glass because of reinforced stress.

Characteristics:

The anti-strength of tempered glass of same thickness is 3-5 fold of that common glass, anti-bending strength 2-5 fold that of common glass.

When the glass is broken by external force, the glass will break into small and obtuse shape pieces, resulting in reduced harm to human body.

The glass is even resistant to rapid temperature, thermal resistant and anti-shock than common glass.
