Detailed Product Description

Insulating/Double-glazing glass is made of two layer or multi layers glasses. Between the glass space contains dry air with sealing materials around the edges. This glass is isolated for heating,noise and anti-fog,anti-dew.the main function is to reduce the heat exchanging from glasses outsides,which offers outstanding results of saving energy.

There are two production lines for mid-empty glass (the lines are equipped with pure-water system and coating-distinguishing system).the supporting equipment includes aluminum bar auto-folding machine, molecular-sieve filling machine, and double-group separate gluing machine. The equipment could produce coated mid-empty glass, low-e mid-empty glass, bend aluminum-bar mid-empty glass, office mid-empty glass etc. the daily output is 1500 sqm.
