Cs-K Fire Resistance Glass

1. Excellent Fire Resistance

Super tough monolithic Cs-K FRG is able to withstand the flame contact with the temperature of 1000 for about 90-120 minutes without breaking, which allows the occupants to have enough time for evacuation from buildings as well as for rescue work. The product has passed a series of tests, carried out by National Root Fire-extinguishing System & Fire Retarding Component Quality Monitoring & Examining Center, proven to meet the requirement of Category C, Level I specified in GB15763.1-2001 Architectural Safety Glass-Fire resistant glass.

2. High strength and safety features

High strengh

In addition to its excellent fire resistance performance, the strengh of Super tough monolithic Cs-K FRG is about 1.5-3 times stronger than ordidary tempered glass. 

Safety

Once a Cs-K FRG breaks, it breaks into much finer particles, compared to ordinary tempered glass, which dramatically reduces the risk of injury to human accidental impact or contact with glass.

3. Good workability

Cs-K FRG can be uesd monolithically (limited to some specific products) or processed into laminated, insulated combinations for point-glazing structures.

4. High resistance to weather ability.

The Super tough monolithic FRG does not deteriorate under long term exposure to UV rays, without changing appearance and seerviceability.

5. Thickness: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm.
